Entry to the property is a letdown, tucked away down a dingy alley and into a basic office. The pool is shaded, making the water too cold for enjoyment, and hot water supply for the bathtub is insufficient, running out before filling it completely.

Finding the entrance is a hassle!!! It's hidden behind a repair shop and feels like a locker room with its stark decor. The gardens need serious attention!!! A little sprucing up could enhance the overall ambiance immensely.

The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the vibrant Sunday night market. The staff is attentive and patient, especially with early breakfast requests for excursions.

Water pressure varies significantly and some amenities need attention. my shower was amazing, but the bathtub lost water too quickly.

with our early morning excursions. They customized the breakfast menu to our preferences and always greeted us with smiles. The only issue was accessing the villa, which felt hidden down a somewhat neglected alley. However, it was worth it once we arrived at the beautiful accommodations.

The villa exceeded my expectations. Beautiful high beamed ceilings created a spacious ambiance. The decor felt luxurious yet cozy. I absolutely loved the private pool. it was the perfect refreshment after a hot day exploring Chiang Mai. Breakfast served in the basket was delightful, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The staff were incredibly attentive, especially N̂ả from reception, who went out of her way to help when I misplaced my phone. However, the bath needed a bit of upkeep. water pressure was low, and it didn't fill well. The angle of the air conditioning unit struggled to cool the room effectively, likely due to a gap in the door leading to the pool, allowing mosquitos in. It would enhance the experience if these issues were addressed. Nonetheless, the overall experience made for a memorable getaway.

Our family had a wonderful time at Arun Dara Villa. The huge private pool was a hit with the kids, and the delicious breakfast served in our room made mornings so easy. The spacious villa had beautiful high ceilings, and the air conditioning kept us cool after our adventures in Chiang Mai.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the delicious breakfast served right in my room and the amazing, quick hot water in the shower. The private pool was perfect, and I also loved relaxing in the garden area that had a lovely vibe. The only minor thing was that the room decor could be a bit softer and cozier. 😊
